Oscar nominated actor said he would like to see in the Lyric Theatre in Belfast where he began his career
Liam Neeson has hinted at a comeback, perhaps in the theater where he began his career.
Irish actor Oscar nomination last appearance on stage in 2008 at the Lincoln Center Festival in New York in a production of Samuel Beckett's Eh Joe at the Gate Theatre in Dublin. Neeson plays Joe, replacing Michael Gambon, who played the role two years ago in Dublin.
Since then, viewers were able to see on stage Neeson only as a hologram. He recorded the narrator in the musical version of Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds, which toured the UK last year.
"I love the Lyric [Belfast]. We are actively trying to find something, you know. Am a single mother so it is difficult to try to get out of the moment, "he said.
