Four footballers face crown court trial over sexual assault charges

. Three players and one player from Bournemouth Brighton loaded

Three football players

Brighton and Hove Albion and AFC Bournemouth player must stand trial before the Assize Court on sexual assault charges and voyeurism.

• Lewis Dunk, 20, Anton Rodgers, 19, George Barker, 20, and former teammate Steve Cook, 21, who joined in January Bournemouth, Brighton Court appeared to peace, Friday for detention. They are charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of voyeurism and indicated pleas of not guilty at a hearing earlier.

The indictment says the alleged crimes took place in the inn hotel, the jury in Brighton on July 17 last year. The four men were arrested by Sussex Police in January.

Rodgers and Barker, both Highview Avenue North, Brighton, Dunk, Woodbourne Avenue, Brighton, and Cook, Perth Road, St Leonards-on-Sea, was released on bail and will appear Lewes Crown Court on August 3.
